This location is a great spot for a quick coffee and pastry with a friend! There is ample outdoor and indoor seating. The matcha was quite milk-heavy and not well mixed, it kept separating, but the pastries were great! Definitely recommend the almond croissant and the onion bread for a nice sweet and savory mix.
Ordered: Lychee & Rose Iced Matcha Latte (~$9) Aya's take: I know lychee & rose flavors hate to see me coming! I was in the area looking for a quick caffeine kick and decided to finally check out Cafe Kitsuné. My eyes immediately gravitated to the Lychee & Rose Iced Matcha Latte which was on their seasonal menu. The lychee & rose portion is already pre-made but it still tasted pretty fresh. The lychee was definitely more prominent than the rose. I barely got essence of the rose throughout but I did enjoy the floral and fragrant nature of the two ingredients in the drink. The matcha is pretty decent and overall, it was a creamy, sweet, and smooth drink. Good try!
Cute little coffee shop in west village and it was pleasant! There are a ton of other coffee shops nearby but I like the decor here. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. I got their seasonal matcha and it was great! The lychee and rose iced matcha lattes were very floral but not too overpowering. The matcha lemonade was sour but not too much! I had a good experience here and would come back!
Came visited Cafe Kitsuné during my trip in New York. Absolutely beautiful street view and and black/ white decor inside. Drinks were a little bit overpriced though, but i thats pretty much that's what you are paying for in NYC! Matcha tastes okay, but refreshing getting a nice drink. Drinks came pretty fast, staffs are nice, and quick! Really like the interior design and the colour there, tooks lots of pictures. Such a nice spot in West village
